All versions are considered to be useful in their own ways. You can either buy a 1 m HDMI cable or one of any other size from the market according to your need. If you need high resolution and sound, then you will have to ensure that the material from which the cable is made is of good quality.

When it comes to regular use, then a 15 meter long HDMI cable is not appropriate for normal use. Such cables are available in various lengths and widths.
